Mr. Alfred Njiyela Lumkwana, a dedicated educator with 35 years of experience, was a postgraduate lecturer at Walter Sisulu University’s Faculty of Education Sciences in the Department of Continuing Professional Teacher Development. He has held roles ranging from assistant teacher to school principal and vice-rector. His expertise spans financial management, educational law, human resource management, and school governance. Currently pursuing a PhD, Alfred holds numerous qualifications: B.P.Ed. (Fort Hare), BA Hons. (UNISA), B.Ed. (UNISA), Masters Diploma HRM (Rand Afrikaans Uni.), Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law (NMMU), M.Ed. (UFS), and M.Ed. (UNITRA). His passion for education drives his commitment to nurturing future teachers.
